Do you ship Worldwide?
Good news! We ship worldwide.
The recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. This Happy Home has no control over these charges, nor can This Happy Home predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
- Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
How much does shipping cost?
We aim to provide our customers with the very best possible service and process and dispatch standard orders in 2-5 days although at busy periods like school holidays and Christmas please allow a couple of days extra! Larger items we send using a courier service and dispatch within 3 days.
Where possible we recycle all the packaging we receive... trying to do our bit for the environment.
Our UK delivery rates are
Royal Mail Tracked 24/Evri Next Day for larger/heavier items - £6.00 per parcel.
Royal Mail Standard, 2nd class - £4.00 per parcel
UK Orders over £100 are free delivery.

When will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order, we will then send you another email to let you know your delivery is on the way!
My order has not arrived what do I do?
If you order has not arrived please give us a call on 01473 635358 or email us quoting your order number and we will then look into it for you. We do have proof of posting for all parcels dispatched.
Can I collect my order?
Of course, you may collect from my home office based in Kesgrave, Suffolk. Please select the 'free collection' method at checkout.
Returns
What items cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns on any made to order, personalised items.
We also cannot accept any returns for jewellery.
We are unable to accept returns on items where the packaging has been damaged as this makes it unsaleable. Please take and keep a photo of the item before you return it to us.
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item let us know via email within 14 days of receiving your order or give us a call on 07827 667628/01473 635358 so we can expect your item. The item should be returned to us within the next 14 days.
If the item is being returned because you have changed your mind, this will be at your cost. However if there is a fault or damage to the item then we will cover the return costs.
The item must be in new, perfect condition in the original packaging, otherwise we cannot exchange/refund your item. Please always request proof of posting when returning items. Please be aware that ensuring they arrive back to me is your responsibility. Items lost in post cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Once we receive your item we will notify you and we aim to refund the cost of the item less the original delivery costs, to you via Paypal or to your credit/debit card within 24 hours (although this may take longer over holiday times).
My item has arrived damaged what I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged please let us know by email and we will then contact you to let you know what to do next.
What is your return period?
We accept all returns and exchanges within a 14 day period, after this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
